“You know, we have a time frame on that,” Harbaugh said. “I don’t think that time frame is this week yet. So we’ll kind of stick with the plan on that. I think it’s a pretty straightforward date that the doctors and the back specialist have given us, so we are going to stick with that.”
With another week of rest, Flacco will have missed an entire month of action to give his back time to heal. Assuming he returns to practice before the final preseason game, he will have two weeks to get re-acclimated to practice and ready for the regular-season opener in Cincinnati.
